Description: an evergreen tree or large shrub bearing white, fluffy, bird attracting flowers in summer, followed by deep mauve edible berries. an ideal shelter, specimen or shade tree and can be grown as a bushy hedge. prefers sunny to part shade position in moist soils. lightly prune after flowering and keep mist in dry weather.
